100% Grass-Fed Beef
At Hidden Blossom Farm, our small herd of cattle is integral to our diversified farm. We're home to 10-15 Hereford cows on average and only butcher 2-3 animals each year. All of our cows are born and raised here at Hidden Blossom Farm in Union, Connecticut. They are all raised on pasture, are grass-fed, and are hormone and pesticide free.

You can purchase our beef our farm stand on Saturdays from 9am-3pm or at the Sturbridge Farmers Market on Sundays from 9am-1pm July through October. To inquire about bulk beef orders, give us a call or email us a hiddenblossomfarm@gmail.com.
