Hidden Blossom Farm is a 134 acre, diversified farm in Union, Connecticut. We specialize in family heirloom figs, grass-fed beef, and full flavor vegetables. Everything sold is raised on-farm, high quality and all natural.

Hidden Blossom Farm incorporates the agroforestry practice of silvopasture to ensure pastures are fertile and ecologically sound. Cattle are able to graze under the comfort of trees. Hidden Blossom farm is one of the few places in the Northeastern United States to utilize silvopasture.
